Bond Terms and Conditions
- Issuing Bonds This Goodwill Bond is a free gift presented by the Supplier to the Holder after a qualifying purchase has been completed. It is live for the duration of the Program, or until the Bond Amount has been paid to its registered Holder.
- Eligibility To participate The Holder must be a resident of the UK, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man, and at least 18 years of age.
- Maximum Payment The most a Holder can receive from a single Bond is the purchase price paid for the item(s) up to £5,000. Multiple Bonds can be issued on purchases above £5,000 up to the purchase price paid by the Holder to the Supplier.
- How It Works
- Simply register a new account (it’s free to register) on the goodwillbonds.com site, within 7 days after the Bond issue date.
- We display a minimum of 50 Bond Codes on the results page of the Site every Friday from 12 noon until Saturday at 11am. When a Bond Code is displayed, an email is sent to the registered Holder confirming that 100% of their Bond Amount, up to £5,000, or a £100 Bonus Cash account credit (adds to the value of a Bond) or one of our weekly £100,000 major cash awards, has been added to their account – Claims are never required.
- Although there is no obligation to check our draw results every week, many Bond Holders prefer to do so. As a result, all Bond Holders that login and check all our draw results pages every week for 12 months, without receiving payment of their Bond amount, will automatically receive a guaranteed Bonus payment from our Settlement Fund (“Fund”) of up to 100% of their Bond Amount, within 7 days after expiry of the 12th month.
- Plus, on any draw day that a major cash award of £100,000 has been won by a Bond Holder, the remaining 49 displayed Bond Code Holders will automatically receive 100% of their Bond amounts.
- If you are due a cash payment, we will require your bank account details.
- Full Agreement These terms, along with the site’s FAQs and printed materials, form the entire agreement between the parties hereto. Any changes must be agreed in writing with the Company.
- Jurisdiction The Site, Program and the content of all printed materials distributed by the Company hereunder are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
